Andrew McCutchen showed why he was the No. 1 overall
pick in FBLG this year.

Studs: Kyle Lohse (Rookies) struck out 6 in a shutout win, singled twice and drove in 2. Tim Hudson (AL) got the win and fanned 6 in 7 shutout innings. Andrew McCutchen (E-3) homered, doubled twice and scored 3 runs. 

Duds: Jeff Samardzija (PYB) gave up 8 runs in an 8-inning loss. Lance Lynn (RMH) allowed 7 runs — 4 for them earned — in a 3.1-inning loss. Steve Cishek (RR) allowed 2 runs in an inning and took the loss. Jimmy Rollins (E-3) went 1 for 5 with an error.

Transaction: Tanana in the Tailpipe put OF A.J. Pollock on the disabled list and added Andre Ethier.
