1. Manwaring a Muumuu (3,602 points): The Muumuu crew appears to have the points title locked up, but this team isn't exactly storming into the semifinals. Buster Posey is slumping badly, Michael Cuddyer went cold and the pitching staff no longer looks like one of the best in FBLG. What happens when Matt Harvey hits his innings limit?
2. Misfits (3,382 points): Gonzo put a scare into Reid's motley crew of misfits, but 91 points from the starting pitchers was enough to get this team into the semifinals. There are concerns, though. Rafael Soriano looks hittable most nights, and there might be too many players on struggling offenses. That would be you, Chase Utley, Michael Young, Troy Tulowitzki and Bryce Harper.
3. Lawyers, Guns & Money (3,305 points): Matt's crew picked the wrong week to pull up lame. Despite having a 39-point edge on PYB going into the week, LGM posted 143-point week and got bumped to consolation land. That No. 4 starter spot continues to be an issue, with Jeff Locke and Nate Eovaldi each posting a minus-6 this week. Anthony Rizzo's job might not be secure, either.

Are the Sagebrushers' third baseman and second baseman
out there somewhere? |
4. Arbitration Losers (3,302 points): Tim's team had no problems dispatching the Braunies and has plenty of momentum heading into the semifinals. Imagine what would have happened if Allen Craig and Matt Holliday had combined for more than 15 points this week. Hey, remember when Chase Headley was the best infielder named "Chase" in the majors?
5. Testosteraun Braun (3,193 points): It was going to take a lot more than 160-point week to get the Braunies into the semifinals. Bill's team got underwhelming 11-point weeks from Eric Stults and Madison Bumgarner, both of whom had double starts. That goose egg for C/OF Evan Gattis stands out, too. At least Hunter Pence is hitting again.
6. Pitch You Blockhead (3,092 points): Scott's team put up 190 points to erase a big deficit and bump off LGM. That 39-point week from Cole Hamels certainly helped, and Matt Carpenter quietly put up another big total. Christian Yelich is no Carlos Gonzalez, but he's been going a great job as his replacement. Can PYB knock off the top-seeded Misfits next?
7. Going Going Gonzo (3,029 points): Dan Uggla's eye surgery and bad weeks from David DeJesus, Nori Aoki, Ian Kennedy and Matt Garza doomed Jon's crew against the Misfits. Nolan Arenado and Wilin Rosario each scored 18 points in a good bounce-back week.
8. Rookies (3,006 points): Henry's team erupted against the Muumuu Crew thanks to a 49-point week from Alfonso Soriano. In fact, 47 of his points came in a remarkable 4-day stretch. But Bobby Parnell and Carlos Gomez are hurt, John Buck is out on paternity leave, Marco Scutaro is slumping and Zack Cozart is still Zack Cozart.
9. Silver State Sagebrushers (2,962 points): David Wright and Rickie Weeks, who didn't play in Week 20, were only 1 point behind Starlin Castro, who played in all 6 of the Cubs' games. Good thing Brandon Belt and Clayton Kershaw were around to carry the load.
10. Fresh Fish (2,820 points): Rick appears to be making a noble effort to collect as many Reds and Marlins players as possible. Sources inside the Fresh Fish organization say the next move might be a swap of Zack Greinke and Hanley Ramirez for Zack Cozart and Bronson Arroyo.
