1. Misfits (407 points, 2-0): Not even a DL stint for Freddie Freeman could cool off this team. Reid's Cardinals starters (Adam Wainwright and Jaime Garcia) provided 58 points this week, and Roy Halladay finally had a solid start. The big question long-term will be whether Chase Utley, Troy Tulowitzki and Carlos Beltran can stay healthy all season.
2. Testosteraun Braun (394 points, 2-0): Daniel Murphy has been Bill's best offensive player. Who would have figured that? This squad got six double-digit-point starts, leading to a 224-point effort. Madison Bumgarner is looking like a fantasy ace, and Sergio Romo has been great at the back end. Rob Brantly certainly cooled off, though, scoring 2 points during the week.
3. Going Going Gonzo (356 points, 1-1): Balance is the name of the game with this team, with big points coming from several offensive sources and four solid starting pitchers. Adrian Gonzalez is poised for a big year if he gets help from his Dodgers teammates, and Jason Grilli has looked great as the Pirates' closer.
4. Silver State Sagebrushers (366 points, 0-2): Brandon Belt seems to be coming around, and an offense built around Starlin Castro, Justin Upton and David Wright looks dangerous. If Chad Billingsley and Jorge De La Rosa put some good starts together, this too-good-to-be-winless team can make a run.

Guns and money. No lawyers, though. They're working on an insanity defense for Carlos Quentin. |
5. Manwaring a Muumuu (363 points, 2-0): This team is starting to look like a MASH unit, with Aramis Ramirez, Jason Motte and Jason Kubel on the disabled list, plus Aaron Hill in and out of the lineup with a sore wrist. It's nice to see Joey Votto hit his first homer in nine months, but Buster Posey has been one of FBLG's lowest-scoring catchers. Also, Huston Street has been missing in action.
6. Lawyers, Guns & Money (323 points, 2-0): Matt might have holes to fill in his lineup, as Ike Davis, Ryan Zimmerman and Carlos Quentin have disappointed in the first two weeks. But with Craig Kimbrel slamming the door in the ninth inning and continues success from Lance Lynn and Hyun-jin Ryu, the potential is there to move up in the standings.
7. Pitch You Blockhead (318 points, 1-1): The outfield of Shin-Soo Choo, Carlos Gonzalez and Starling Marte is shaping up to be one of FBLG's best. But the pitching hasn't been great, with Tim Lincecum struggling to regain his Cy Young form and inconsistency from Cole Hamels, Kris Medlen and Edwin Jackson.
8. Arbitration Losers (301 points, 0-2): Johnny Cueto is headed to the disabled list, and Matt Kemp has been a no-show. It's a good thing Matt Holliday and Angel Pagan have been good. Brandon McCarthy and Pedro Alvarez haven't been much help, either. Hurry back, Chase Headley!
9. Fresh Fish (293 points, 0-2): Zack Greinke's injury was a tough break for Rick, but at least Barry Zito is pitching like an ace. Giancarlo Stanton has scored only 6 points this season, and now he's battling an injury. Todd Frazier cooled off after a hot start, as well. It's been a struggle for this team, but the pieces are there.
10. Rookies (263 points, 0-2): Henry's crew rebounded nicely in Week 2 but suffered a tough 2-point loss. It's odd that a team with Stephen Strasburg, Gio Gonzalez and Yovani Gallardo has a clear ace in Paul Maholm. John Buck, who was a free agent in Week 1, is this team's offensive points leader after only 5 games. It's time for Jason Heyward and Adam LaRoche to chip in.
