This week's edition targets your weekly studs and duds. Enjoy! Also, rather than say in the chatter whether a team moved up or down, I'm including it in the bold intros.
1. Manwaring a Muumuu (2,415 points, 10-3, last week 1): Buster Posey erupted for 28 points in 6 games as the Muumuu crew fended off a challenge from Gonzo. The Cardinals pitchers were duds, though: Shelby Miller posted a minus-6 and Edward Mujica earned 1 point in 1 appearance.
2. Misfits (2,223 points, 9-4, last week 3): Reid's team cracked the 200-point barrier and defeated a pesky LGM squad thanks in part to a 35-point outburst from Chase Utley. On the other hand, injury fill-in Jordy Mercer contributed only 4 points and Jon Jay added 5.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a good image for the Misfits? |
3. Testosteraun Braun (2,155 points, 8-5, last week 4): Bill could have used just one more transaction this week. He was unable to replace the injured Lucas Duda and fell 4 points short against the Sagebrushers. Not even a 22-point start from Julio Teheran could carry the Braunies to victory.
4. Lawyers, Guns & Money (2,140 points, 7-6, last week 6): Oh, the perils of a bad matchup. Matt was FBLG's second-highest-scoring team this week but lost to the Misfits. Yasiel Puig led the way with 27 points, but ace Lance Lynn disappointed with a 5-point outing and Tim Hudson posted a 4.
5. Arbitration Losers (2,138 points, 6-7, last week 2): With 22 points in 5 games, Allen Craig was one of the few standouts for Tim in a disappointing week. There was plenty of blame to go around, with complete duds from Johnny Cueto (-2), Zack Wheeler (4 in 2 starts), Brandon Crawford (0) and Jonathan Lucroy (5).
6. Going Going Gonzo (2,121 points, 5-8, last week 5): Gonzo's record might not be impressive, but this team still looks dangerous and is only 102 points out of second place. Matt Garza looked like an ace with a 24-point start this week, but Trevor Cahill was awful in two more outings. Cahill posted a score of -1.
7. Pitch You Blockhead (2,057 points, 9-4, last week 7): Scott got 30 points from Starling Marte in a big win against the Arbitration Losers. Didi Gregorius was worth only 4 points, but that seems like a gold mine compared to the error-filled contributions of Pablo Sandoval. The Round Mound of Pound Cake had 3 days of minus-2 and finished the week at minus-3.
8. Rookies (1,998 points, 5-8, last week 8): Gio Gonzalez broke out with 33 points in a pair of starts, which helped Henry's team beat the Fresh Fish. Bronson Arroyo got knocked around to the tune of minus-5, and the middle infield of Marco Scutaro (5) and Zack Cozart (6) played like, well, two Zack Cozarts.
9. Silver State Sagebrushers (1,850 points, 4-9, last week 10): No player hit 20 points for the Sagebrushers, but 9 players had more than 10. Leading the way was Clayton Kershaw, who had an 18-point start. On the other hand, Dexter Fowler battled an injury and posted a 0 in one appearance.
10. Fresh Fish (1,836 points, 2-11, last week 9): Hanley Ramirez (29 points) tried to carry the Fish to their third win of the season, but it wasn't to be. Why, you ask? Because of duds from Homer Bailey (6), Brandon Phillips (5), Todd Frazier (4), Barry Zito (1), Ryan Howard (1) and Brandon League (-2).
