Final analysis: The second-place finish was the best for owner Scott Phillips. WWJB was the one team that was able to keep some sort of presure on Chico's Chuggers. It was a good season, but there was room for regret. The 60 weeks of DL is high, but a bit misleading. Most of that time was comprised of long DL stints by players who were not likely to make huge impacts. The biggest downfall for WWJB was their outfield. Top outfielder Alfonso Soriano was either injured or struggling all season long. Scott played with fire by drafting Milton Bradley and got burned. All of this was compounded by the early cut-and-run of Justin Upton. But there were good moves, too. The Week 7 add of Michael Bourn and Week 9 add of Clint Barmes pay big dividends.
