STUDS: Cliff Lee (Arbitration Losers) struck out 8 and allowed 1 run in an 8-inning victory. Jean Segura (Going Going Gonzo) had 6 singles, an RBI and scored twice. Hyun-jin Ryu (Lawyers, Guns & Money) doubled and struck out 7 in a shutout win. Adam LaRoche (Rookies) had a 3-run homer and a solo homer and scored 3 runs. Mat Latos (Manwaring a Muumuu) struck out 7 and allowed 1 run in a 6.1-inning victory. Matt Harvey (Manwaring a Muumuu) struck out 10 and allowed 1 run in an 8-inning no-decision.

DUDS: Marlon Byrd (Misfits) went 0 for 3 and committed an error.

NOTES: Tuesday's battle for Chicago supremacy was rained out. No makeup date has been set.

TRANSACTIONS: Fresh Fish activate SP Ted Lilly from the DL and put him on the bench in place of SP Ryan Vogelsong, who moves to the DL. Going Going Gonzo activates SP Matt Garza from the DL and releases SS Ruben Tejada.
