Studs: Freddie Freeman (FF) had a pair of RBI doubles, singled and scored 2 runs. Derek Norris (SE) doubled, singled, drove in 2, scored 2 runs and threw out a base stealer. For the second consecutive day, Adrian Gonzalez (AZ) was a triple short of the cycle. He drove in 2 and scored twice. Maybe tomorrow he'll finally get that triple. 

Duds: Mat Latos (CM) allowed 7 earned runs and took the loss in a 0.2-inning disaster. Steve Cishek (CM) piled on in a nonsave situation, allowing 4 earned runs and getting only 1 out. That's a minus-13 from Matt's two Miami pitchers. In other sad news for Chateau Marmol, Yasmani Grandal went 0 for 2 with an error. Matt's team combined for a minus-13 today, which has to be the worst single-day score in FBLG history. Elsewhere, Jimmy Rollins (FF) doubled and made 2 errors.

Transactions: Chateau Marmol places SP Matt Cain on the DL and moves Jon Niese into the rotation. Already Zaun places RP Jenrry Mejia on the DL and signs another Mets reliever with a weird first name, Jeurys Familia, to replace him.
