Todd Frazier (Bryce) hit a grand slam, singled and scored 3 runs. Jon Niese (CM) fanned 5 and allowed 1 run in a 6.2-inning win. He also scored and drove in a run. Nick Hundley (R21) homered, tripled, scored twice and drove in 2. He also caught a runner stealing. Starling Marte (R21) had a solo homer and an RBI single and scored 3 runs. Starlin Castro (SE) had a homer, 2 singles and 4 RBIs.

Duds: Brett Anderson (Misfits) allowed 4 runs in a 4-inning loss and struck out only 1. Mark Melancon (Bryce) allowed 3 runs in 1 inning and took the loss. Adrian Gonzalez (AZ) went 0 for 3 with an error.
