Week 10: Wednesday Roundup

This hirsute second baseman has more homers than Kris Bryant, Troy Tulowitzki, Carlos Gonzalez, Ian Desmond, Carlos Gomez, Ryan Zimmerman, Chase Utley, Neil Walker and many, many others.
Studs: Paul Goldschmidt (Soler) was 4 for 4 with a double, homer and 2 RBIs. Danny Espinosa (Soler) homered, doubled and scored twice. Jake Arrieta (AZ) allowed 3 runs and struck out 8 in a 6-inning win. Carlos Martinez (AZ) singled twice, scored a run and struck out 4 in a 6.1-inning win, allowing 2 runs. Buster Posey (AL) had 2 doubles and 3 RBIs. Charlie Morton (R21) struck out 6 and allowed no runs in a 7.1-inning win. Joe Panik (Chateau) homered, hit 2 singles, scored twice and drove in 2. Yasiel Puig (Bryce) was 4 for 4 with a double, a homer, 2 runs and 3 RBIs.

Duds: Matt Harvey (Soler) gave up 7 earned and only struck out 2 in a 6-inning loss. Martin Prado (Rookies) was 0 for 4 with an error. Brandon Barnes (Rookies) singled and made an error.

Transactions: Soler Eclipse place OF Matt Holliday on the DL and sign OF Will Venable to replace him in the lineup and OF Gerardo Parra to fill an empty bench spot.
