That's not good enough to get your photo on the blog, Madison. He had to settle for a 9-strikeout shutout. Marlon Byrd (FF) went 3 for 3 with a double, 3 RBIs and a run. Jose Fernandez (R21) singled and got the win while fanning 7 in 5 shutout innings.
Duds: Nolan Arenado (PYB) drove in a run and erred. Hector Rondon (Rookies) allowed the game-losing 2-run homer in 0.2 inning. Anthony Rizzo (CM) scored and committed an error.
