Week 13: Monday's Roundup

The ever-dreamy Kris Bryant scored 20 points — even against the Reds, that's a lot.
Studs: Kris Bryant (R21) had the game of a lifetime, going 5 for 5 with 3 homers, 2 doubles, 6 RBIs and 4 runs. He's the first player since 1913 to hit 3 homers and 2 doubles in a game. That's just absurd! Vincent Velasquez (GH) doubled and got the win while striking out 7 in 5 shutout innings. Ben Revere (LY) went 4 for 5 with an RBI, 3 runs and 3 steals. Joey Votto (AL) stole a base, hit a 2-run homer and a solo homer, and scored 3 runs. Joe Ross (LY) singled, scored, struck out 7 and allowed 4 runs in a 6-inning win. Anthony Rendon (LGM) singled twice, scored twice, drove in 3 and stole a base. Carlos Gonzalez (LGM) hit a 3-run homer, singled and scored twice. Jon Gray (HE) struck out 8 and allowed 4 runs in a 7-inning win.

Duds: Jeff Samardzija (PYB) allowed 6 runs and struck out only 2 in a 6-inning loss. Stephen Piscotty (HE) went 0 for 4 with an error.
