Gregory Polanco (M) hit a 2-run homer and a solo homer. Yoenis Cespedes (FF) doubled twice, singled, drove in 2 and scored. Jake Peavy (R) fanned 6 and allowed 1 run in a 6.1-inning win. Derek Norris (M) homered, doubled, drove in 3 and scored twice.
Duds: Ryan Braun (AL) went 0 for 4, committed an error and was called out for batting out of order. Brandon Phillips (R) and Trevor Story (HE) each went 0 for 3 with an error.
