STUDS: Zac Gallen (HG) enjoyed his Arizona debut, striking out 6 in 5 shutout innings to earn the win. Ozzie Albies (R) had 2 solo homers, 2 singles and 3 runs. Max Fried (R) struck out 10 and allowed 3 runs in a 5.1-inning win. Michael Conforto (WLB) homered twice, walked, drove in 3 and scored 3 runs. Jose Quintana (WLB) struck out 7 and allowed 1 run in a 7-inning win. Steven Matz (WLB) struck out 7 and allowed 2 runs in a 6.2-inning win. Jack Flaherty (M) struck out 10 in 7 shutout innings before his bullpen (see below) blew the game. Keston Hiura (FF) had 2 homers, a double, 3 runs, 3 RBIs... and an error.
DUDS: JT Realmuto (PM) walked and erred. Carlos Martinez (HG) struck out 1 but allowed the game-winning hit to take the loss and blow the save. Trevor Williams (CB) struck out 1 and allowed 6-earned runs in a 5-inning loss. Jean Segura (YA) singled, walked and erred.
