Studs: Giancarlo Stanton (FF) hit a 2-run homer and a solo homer. He also made one of the worst defensive plays we've seen in years, but he wasn't charged with an error. Brandon Crawford (AL) did the same thing as Stanton but without the hideous defensive play. Madison Bumgarner (Misfits) singled and struck out 9 while allowing an unearned run in a 6-inning win.
Duds: Edinson Volquez (Rookies) allowed 6 runs and took the loss while striking out 3 in 5 innings. Everth Cabrera (Misfits) went 0 for 4 with an error.
