Studs: Kyle Hendricks (Misfits) shut out the Padres and fanned 7. Jacob deGrom (R21) allowed 1 hit, struck out 11 and got the win in 8 scoreless innings. Lucas Duda (Bryce) hit a 3-run homer and a solo homer and scored 3 runs. Julio Teheran (Bryce) struck out 8 and allowed 1 run in a 7-inning win. Madison Bumgarner (AL) homered, got the win and struck out 6 in 6.1 shutout innings.
Dud: Maikel Franco (AL) made an error but did steal a base.
Transactions: PYB places OF Corey Dickerson on the DL and replaces him with Cameron Maybin.
