Everyone thought Mike Scioscia was annoyed with the strike zone or upset because of how well Clayton Kershaw pitched.
But, actually, it was because umpire Chris Segal claimed that Chinese food was superior to Italian food.

Studs: Buster Posey (AL) was a triple shy of the cycle and drove in 2. Maikel Franco (FF) had 2 doubles, 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Kyle Hendricks (Misfits) struck out 6 and allowed 1 earned run in a 7-inning win. Clayton Kershaw (R21) struck out 7 in 8 shutout innings. Lucas Duda (Bryce) continued his torrid run with two homers, a double and 3 RBIs.

Duds: Ryan Vogelsong (FF), now a reliever, allowed an earned run in 0.1 innings. Matt Wisler (Rookies) allowed 7 earned runs and struck out 3 in a 4.2-inning loss.
