Week 2: Thursday roundup

The second you put Jose Quintana on your bench, he pitches a gem. Once you activate him, it's 6 runs in 4 messy innings. 

STUDS: All of our Studs came from one game on Thursday. Ronald Acuña (WLB) was a double short of a cycle and drove in 2. Amed Rosario (FF) hit a 3-run homer and added an RBI single. Steven Matz (LCL) struck out 8 and allowed 2 runs in a 6-inning win against the Braves. 

DUDS: Erik Gonzalez (R) went 0 for 3 with an error. The Dodgers hammered Michael Wacha (R), who allowed 7 runs and fanned 3 in 3.2 innings. He managed to avoid the loss because the Dodger pitchers were just as lousy. "Second baseman" Max Muncy (CB) singled and erred.

NATURALLY: Jose Quintana (WLB) cemented his spot as FBLG's most frustrating pitcher by earning a win and striking out 11 in 7 shutout innings. That's 23 points on Matt's bench.
