Dee Gordon (R21) had 2 singles, 2 runs and stole 4 bases, which raises the question of how the game was able to be finished if he took all the bases. Jaime Garcia (CM) struck out 6 and allowed 1 run in 6 innings, earning the win and lowering his ERA to a revolting 1.77.

Duds: Yangervis Solarte (PYB) had a single and an error. James Shields (PYB) allowed 5 runs and struck out 2 in a 5.2-inning loss. Jose Reyes (SE) was 0-4 with an error. Welington Castillo (AZ) was 0-2 and committed an error on a catcher's interference, which is totally the lamest way to commit an error. Brandon Crawford had the ultimate dud day, going 0-3 with two strikeouts, four men left on base and an error before leaving with an injury. He is reported to also have stolen an old lady's wheelchair and kicked a puppy.
