Week 10: Wednesday's Roundup

"Big Game James" is now "Allows Opposing Hitters to Have a Big Game James."
He's been worth -15 points in his past 2 starts for the Fresh Fish.
Studs: Julio Teheran (R21) singled twice, drove in a run, struck out 8 and allowed only 2 runs in an 8-inning win. He's now tied for the team lead in wins ... with 2. Coincidentally, the only runs he allowed came on a pair of solo homers by Wil Myers (PYB). John Lackey (LGM) got the win and fanned 8 in 7 shutout innings. Jayson Werth (FF) homered, singled twice, scored twice and drove in 4. Max Scherzer (M) got the win and fanned 6 in 7 shutout innings. Gregory Polanco (M) had 3 doubles, a steal, a run and an RBI. Kris Bryant (R21) hit a 2-run homer, singled, stole a base and scored twice. Matt Adams (HE) hit a 3-run homer, singled and scored twice.

Duds: James Shields (FF) served up 3 homers and 7 runs in his debut with the White Sox, a 2-inning loss in which he struck out 2. The homers were hit by Ryan Zimmerman, Stephen Drew and Danny Espinosa. Oof. Neil Walker (M) went 1 for 3 with 2 errors. D.J. LeMahieu (AL) singled and erred.
