Studs: Clayton Kershaw (FF) extended his scoreless-innings streak to 36 by 2-hitting the Rockies over 8 innings at Coors Field. He walked 1, struck out 8 and got the win. Kershaw also got 2 hits and drove in a run. He did, however, commit an error to prove that nobody's perfect. Jason Hammel (E-3) had an RBI single, struck out 7, allowed 2 runs and got the win in 6 innings. Lance Lynn (RMH) fanned 6 and got the win in 6.2 shutout innings. Andrew McCutchen (E-3) went 4 for 5 with 2 doubles, a triple, a steal, 2 RBIs and a run.
Duds: Daniel Murphy (Misfits) went 0 for 4 with 2 Ks and an error. The Giants earn a collective Dud for getting shut down by Eric Stults.
