Studs: Jose Fernandez (HE) got the win and struck out 11 in 7 shutout innings. Welington Castillo (HE) doubled, singled twice, drove in 2, scored and threw out a base-stealer. Steven Matz (R21) had an RBI double, struck out 5 and allowed 2 runs in a 6-inning win.
Duds: Milwaukee scrubs Alex Presley, Colin Walsh and Yadiel Rivera combined to go 0 for 10 with 10 strikeouts in Miami. All three are free agents in FBLG.
