Playoffs Week 1: Monday Roundup

Ronald Acuña seems to really, really, really like hitting in the leadoff spot.

times he converted a save without screwing everything up.
STUDS: Ronald Acuña (FDD) went nuts in a doubleheader against the Marlins, hitting leadoff homers in both games. He also doubled, singled twice, walked twice and stole a base. He finished with 5 runs and 5 RBIs. Johan Camargo (FDD) took advantage of the doubleheader too, doubling 3 times, singling, driving in 2 and scoring twice. Jacob deGrom (FDD) struck out 12 Yankees and allowed 3 runs — only 2 earned because the Mets' defense is a joke — in a 6.2-inning win. Mike Foltynewicz (PYB) struck out 7 and allowed 1 run in an 8-inning win. Clayton Kershaw (M) struck out 9 and allowed 1 run in 8 innings before getting "de-Grommed" by the LA bullpen. Matt Carpenter (AL) homered, singled, scored twice, drove in 3 and walked.

DUDS: Max Muncy (M) came off the bench and committed an error as the Dodgers comically disposed of their 9th-inning lead. Bud Norris (AL) got 1 out, allowed 2 runs and blew a save. Jose Peraza (SG) singled, walked and erred.
