Week 3: Tuesday Roundup

Trea Turner (bank robber/shortstop) gets his picture here out of editorial spite toward Patrick Corbin.
Studs: Javier Baez (FF) was a triple shy of the cycle and drove in 2. Patrick Corbin (FF) struck out 8 in a 1-hit shutout. Trea Turner (SG) doubled twice, singled, walked, stole a base and scored 2 runs. Adam Wainwright (AL) struck out 5 in 5 shutout innings for the win. Hector Neris (AL) got a vulture win with a 2-strikeout, no-run inning. Johnny Cueto (AL bench) struck out 11 in 7 shutout innings.

Duds: Basically every Diamondbacks and Giants hitter, as the two teams combined to go 4-for-54 with 4 singles, 1 walk and 19 whiffs. One runner reached scoring position all game. Kenley Jansen (SG) blew another save, allowing 2 runs and striking out 2 in an inning.
