Week 12: Friday Roundup

We know Jesus Aguilar is a big man. Orlando Arcia and Zach Davies show us just HOW big.
Odubel Herrera and Carlos Santana each scored 11 points.
STUDS: Carlos Santana (FDD) homered, singled, drove in 4, scored 3 runs and walked twice. Odubel Herrera (SG) went 4 for 5 with a 2-run homer and scored 4 runs. Jon Gray (BM) finally had an outstanding outing — thanks, Marlins! Gray struck out 12 and allowed 1 run in a 7-inning win. Patrick Corbin (FF) had 1 of 2 19-point no-decisions in FBLG. Corbin struck out 12 in 7 shutout innings. Jack Flaherty (FDD) carried a no-hitter into the 7th inning but lost it on a Jesus Aguilar homer. Flaherty finished with 13 Ks and 1 run allowed in a 7 innings. Speaking of Aguilar (SG), he hit 2 solo homers in the game, including the walk-off game-winner. Alex Wood (PYB) made his first quality start in a month — against the Mets, of course — by striking out 7 and allowing 2 runs in a 6-inning win.

DUDS: Anthony Rizzo (PYB) went 0 for 4 with an error. D.J. LeMahieu (AL) singled, walked and erred.
